It is a delicious and an easy egg meal when eaten by dipping the piece of bread into it.
1 egg for each person
3 tbsp. yoghurt at room temperature
1-2 cloves of crushed garlic
1 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. butter
5-6 sprig of parsley
Boil water (drinking water) in a medium size pot and add salt and vinegar in it. Crack the eggs into a bowl and slide them into water. Pour some hot water over the yolks and make sure they are cooked, as well. When the white is firm and the yolk is still runny take them one by one with slotted spoon on a plate. Spread the garlic yogurt on the top and drizzle the sizzled butter sauce stirred with red pepper and mint on top of the yogurt. Finally sprinkle parsley on top.
